2nd Sunday riding of the month. Felt like 50 km of riding distance total. Mix all that with heavy showers and massive overhead thunderstorm. Freaky it was. I thought it would damage my phone and tablet. Took a shelter at a bus stop in the center of the KL city center. I managed to get there on time before it gets heavy. Wind blows the droplets and made my clothes, bike and helmet wet. Had to cover up. My body temp. is pretty warm so im not worried of getting shiver breeze. The rain nearly slow paced so i took off with my wind breaker. Gone through one of the busiest road in the city with six interchange junctions, full load buses. Pretty dangerous to ride alongside those big elephants if you’re not careful, so i thought having a full face helmet actually helps. Potholes everywhere taking up water. Splashes from passing cars. More like a punishment for not having a motorized vehicle. By now i began to think this how its gonna be if you are cycling in a car dominated city, and the people doesnt actually support a greener future.

Sweaty, wet, sweaty

Nothing sleazy going on, OKAY!

It has been one heck of a week last week and the week before, humid in Malaysia is getting worse (most probably due to the global warming issue, who knows). I know its getting worse because the sense of humidity is like nature’s headline news that a huge storm is coming within 24 to 72 hours. The storm comes in many forms: rain only, rain with lightning with no thunder, lighting only with no rain, dark clouds with strong winds, vice versa. I have never seen a weather like this before.

Back to humid-ness. I was not able to get a proper sleep due to buckets of sweat coming out of my head, made my pillow i slept on really wet, THAT IS NOT COOL! Its worse than getting your bed wet from getting wet dreams. More or less like a wet willy/ear wedgy, I don’t know what you guys call it. Just enough to keep me awake all night.

I still remember when Malaysia was hit by our very first tornado, some people reported it was tornado, but we don’t get tornado in tropical countries. It was actually a waterspout. HUGE waterspout spotted in photos and videos.

Oven like weather

It has been 5 straight days with hot and humid weather. 5 sleepless and sweaty nights. Couldn’t find the best angles to sleep even on a couch. Its hot and sweaty EVEN NOWW!!~ How I wish it rains tonight and tomorrow, and the day after till end of the year, till ever~~

It is 26 degrees Celsius outside for the past two days. It rained continuously and at constant rate within the last two DAYS! Never seen the sky that cloudy for the longest time in my life, with no sun whatsoever. I’m glad that there were no flood reports anywhere. During that time, I can’t even see the twin towers from my room window like I always do. For two days of mist and fog, I actually missed the view even in my own room. Hahaha!~
